The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers.
All leisure excursions will depart from Cape Town International Convention Centre, unless otherwise specified.
Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.
Important Tour Information
All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.
Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings – A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.
A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences (Pty) Ltd 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately.
All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators’ terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 20 February 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 13 March 2024.

Refunds will be permitted for bookings cancelled within the following time periods, prior to departure:
More than 90 Days: Full refund less R228.00 administration fee per tour
90 Days & 60 Days: Full tour price less 20%
60 Days & 30 Days: Full tour price less 50%
30 Days & 0 Days: No refund
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
Private tours or tours to alternate attractions may be arranged on request.

Kruger Fly in Safari – Luxury Lodge, 4* option
The reserve is about 65000 hectares and shares unfenced borders with the Kruger National Park and is home to the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo), as well as cheetah, wild dog and hundreds of other species of animals, birds, and plants indigenous to the area. The phrase “Big Five” was coined by hunters of yesteryear – before the advent of the photographic safari – and refers to the animals considered the most dangerous to hunt. Victoria Falls Trip – Zimbabwe & Botswana
The Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Mosi-Oa-Tunya or The Smoke That Thunders stretches over 1.5km as it plunges over 100m into the Zambezi gorge below. Chobe National Park in Botswana is home to 450 bird species and the largest concentration of elephants in Africa. Flights packages to or from Cape Town are available on request.
