Registration and CPD

We write to address the unforeseen issue encountered during the event registration on Day 1. We extend our sincerest apologies for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused you and your delegates. It has come to our attention that a technical mishap occurred with the registration provider’s system, resulting in some delegates not being initially found in the registration database.

Please rest assured that this issue was entirely due to a fault in the registration provider’s processes and systems and is not reflective of any shortcomings from SAVETCON. We understand the frustration and disappointment this may have caused, especially considering the significant investment your institution has made to ensure your delegates’ participation in this congress.

We are pleased to inform you that the error has been promptly rectified, and all attendees are properly accounted for in the system. Furthermore, we can confirm that all delegates will receive their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points based on their attendance during the congress days.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this matter swiftly.
